- Package Pick-Up Service – Simply let us know a package will be arriving we’ll grab the package and put it safely inside the house.
Reporting System
We use proprietary software to create a real time report of every inspection. The report provides detailed property information including:
- Findings based on a checklist, customized to your needs.
- The time and GPS location when a property was visited.
- Pictures of the property, including issues that require attention
- A PDF of the detailed real-time report emailed at the conclusion of the home check
